I am so ready to shed this weight. I've decided to come back and have this site help guide me thru. I have a lot of weight to lose, and need to figure out how to get motivated to exercise. I have quit drinking soda as of 11 days ago. In that time I have only had 1 soda, and a slurpee (I love slurpees). All else has been water and 1 hot tea (with milk and sugar) in the morning at work. I look forward to getting to know everyone and dropping the pounds.
