At first I was very hesitance to join the Zumba Fitness, until one day I said “okie I’ll give it a try” and one day became twice and just realized I was part of the group. Zumba Fitness makes you feel so easy I don’t my migraine stop attacking me and help my endurance in walking and what surprise my “Big Big Tummy” was trim down. As today doing a zumba fitness been part of my routine, attended also some event for Zumba
