hi and welcome
I am a new Zumba lover. I am 43 years old and attended my first Zumba class last week and so far I am having a hard time keeping up with the class but practice makes perfect. I have downloaded some awesome Zumba music so I can do it alone in my basement.

Hi and Welcome!
I know what you mean about keeping up with the class. I'm 61 and can outlast a lot of 20 somethings in class..Two weeks ago I became licensed to teach Zumba Basic and Zumba Gold. We won't be kept down

Hi! I'm new to the Zumba Lovers Forum. I've been doing Zumba for three years and I love it. I turned 70 t his summer, but so far I'm keeping up fairly well with a class that ranges in age from 30 to 70. I do it once a week, but with Winter coming, I really hope I can go to at least one more weekly class---since walking outside in Ohio isn't too good in the Winter.
