hi and welcome

I am a new Zumba lover. I am 43 years old and attended my first Zumba class last week and so far I am having a hard time keeping up with the class but practice makes perfect. I have downloaded some awesome Zumba music so I can do it alone in my basement.

Hi and Welcome!

I know what you mean about keeping up with the class. I'm 61 and can outlast a lot of 20 somethings in class..Two weeks ago I became licensed to teach Zumba Basic and Zumba Gold. We won't be kept down emoticon

Hi! I'm new to the Zumba Lovers Forum. I've been doing Zumba for three years and I love it. I turned 70 t his summer, but so far I'm keeping up fairly well with a class that ranges in age from 30 to 70. I do it once a week, but with Winter coming, I really hope I can go to at least one more weekly class---since walking outside in Ohio isn't too good in the Winter.
