I used alli diet pills. i lost 35 pounds. hardly exercised. yes I know,,naughty of me. it is hard to get motivated. if you dont use alli, one helpfull idea someone gave me was to weigh and measure all foods! get a calorie book that shows weights and fat count & calories. alli suggests 15 grams of fat per meal and after losing 15 pounds they put me down to 12 grams of fat per meal. 1500 calories to start and 1200 with the 12 grams of fat. i am older and going through menopause and my doctor was baffled because i lost weight. so obviously alli works!!
I am a mother of 2 boys one is 15 going on 30 and very active, my younger son is 10 turning 11 very soon not so active and over weight. I thought how can I set an example for him if I do not take care of myself. I am eating all the wrong food and not getting exercise. So I am going to make a difference for myself and for my family. I have started diets before and they never stick. I am going to try to keep myself very busy and active on SPARK! GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!
