My $0.02: I started late for the May challenge and I just picked up where everyone else was. For me it made me feel more like I was part of the team, I could opt to the optional challenges and felt good when I did the challenge posted. But it really is what you think will be easiest for you to follow.

Well, I am starting over. I started off 2008 with a bang. Never missed filling in my Nutrition Log, exercised religiously.... I started a new job in March and haven't eaten properly, exercised regularly or kept up with my Spark since. I'm feeling big, flabby and sluggish. I started cleaning up my diet last week and my goal for this week is to start on this Swimsuit Bootcamp Challenge and start using my Spark tools daily once again.
