I see that this team isn't very active anymore, but after doing the 'Spring into Bootcamp' Challenge, I wanted to do another bootcamp and found this one. I really like these. I hope to find more, or Spark will do more of these. These really work for me. During the spring one, I broke my plateau and lost 2 lbs! Hope to do more of that.... only 4 lbs until goal!

I so enjoyed the Halloween 5k Challenge and the January Challenge that I looked around for another challenge to work on the next phase of my fitness. I decided on the swimsuit challenge because it is the one item I put on where every ounce of my confidence is required for me to go out to a pool, a beach or just lounge. That confidence is required because I am not pleased with the distribution of my assets under my own skin. So before this season arrives I will do something where I can just enjoy being able to swim and not worry about body parts!
Coach Nicole, I love your videos...so thank you for sharing your gifts with us!
Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

Hi! I'm Justine and I have been working on my goal for a couple years, but only became a member of SP in May...and after a couple of weeks I really saw some results! When I went back home, I lost my tracking streak, so now I'm back and determined to lose the last 11 lbs to look bikini ready in a couple months! Lots of determination over here!!! ...but motivation to really buckle down, not so much during Christmas time, sadly.

First day here to SparkPeople. Just getting to know the website. But I've been doing the Swimsuit Bootcamp videos for 1 week. I'm just looking for extra motivation and will power because that is what has made me fail dieting in the past. I'm looking to lose between 15-20 pounds so I can go to the beach without a worry. I hope to motivate and be motivated by all of you!

I joined today because I needed some structure in my fitness program. After sending my 2 kids to college, 5 months ago I decided that it was time to take care of myself. I did ok I think, since I lost 31 lbs so far, but am still 20 lbs from my goal. I think I need all the help I can get for the last stretch. My motto? If I manage to loose only 1oz/day, IT IS progress. My way? Cut down on carbs and exercise. Why do this? Live fully rather than live to attend to my health problems. Carpe Diem! everybody!

Hello, I am NEW to this Group and have been with Spark for quite some time and yet im doing this again. This time around I am totally comitted to this. I am on my 4th week now and eating right plus exercising. I do the JM 30 Day shred and Leslie Sansone walk dvd's plus I have a Treadmill & Gazelle rider I use and 4lb weights. I try to do some type of exercise everyday and I mix it up each day so I don't get bored and so that my body doesn't get use to a routine. I am 42/F and I live in Middle Tennessee

Hi, I have two boys I homeschool, and I work from home as well. Lack of exercise has caused me to gain a lot of weight. My new years resolution is to lose 106 lbs by Jan of next year. I am hoping bootcamp will help me develop a habit of daily fitness.

Hi everyone...i've been off and on spark for while now, but one thing led to another, and now i'm living in korea with my husband and daughter. my husband is in the army, and to rank up, he needs to focus on his PT, and for him to be motivated, he needs me to try too...so i found the "7 day bootcamp" and this group, and i'm giving it another good go! also, its impossible to find "bigger" ((size 10 or more)) clothes here! so i have to slim down if i'm going to shop here!!

After achieving my goal weight 3 years ago, I got married, got pregnant... and here I am. 6 months after my second child was born, I need to lose about 20 lbs. I started my diet and exercise regimen once again at the beginning of the year and I'm already seeing progress! I an so excited and ready to lose this weight. Hi, my name is Tess. I'm not new to the website, but I am starting over and this time I'm starting with the bootcamp. I didn't do it when I first started and since I fell so far off the wagon these last few months, I felt the bootcamp would give me the jumpstart I need. Look forward to hearing from other bootcampers.

Hi all, I'm not new to this, I'm starting over. I'm a wife, mother of 4 and a full time culinary student. Yes, that in itself makes it hard to stay on track. I'm more determined and focused now because I'm really getting tired of the way I look in the pictures that people are so eager to take of me.... lol Good Luck to all on this journey to better ourselves..

Hey Everyone! I'm new and just started bootcamp. My name is Erin,I have four great kids, and a wonderful Hubby of 11yrs. I am very excited about doing this one thing for myself. My husband says he loves me the way that I am but I told him that it would be nice not to get winded playing tag with the kids. Plus I've been needing new clothes for awhile now but it doesn't fit into our budget. Now if I lose some weight I will have to get new clothes..... Killing two birds with one stone!

Hi everyone! I'm holly marie. I am so excited about losing weight and I hope the excitement sticks. After gaining 50 pounds in the last year, I finally decided to do something about when my college started a weigh loss support group in the form of the biggest loser challenge. I found the bootcamp videos and couldn't believe how perfect they were for me. I started yesterday on them and I LOVE them. I wish everyone the best!

I've been doing Spark a little over two months. I haven't lost much weight, but am losing inches. I thought I would give this a try and see if it would give me a step up in losing weight. I take a medication that I think may be inhibiting weight loss as that is a side effect. I lost alot of weight two years ago when I broke my jaw and had it wired. Unfortunately I've put about 10 pounds back on I want to lose. So anyway, here goes!
