Hi, welcome to the team Exercise is much easier to stay with if you find things you really enjoy doing. Try lots of different things and you will find some you enjoy.
The eating healthy is easier too if you think of it as an adventure in trying new things. Find yourself a great grocery store and/or farmer's market. Buy at least one new fruit or vegetable as often as you can. The internet is full of recipes for things I had never tried. I have found lots of new foods I love so eating healthy never gets boring.
