Welcome Amanada. I love your photo. There are many of us here who use the book, website and Sparkpeople. Feel free to share. I too found the online version a bit rushed and regulated- though I like that it sent you down a personal path based on how you answered the questions. Good luck in your journey.

I purchased the online version, got to week 9 and fell away - extended for 2 more weeks tonight and went through weeks 10-12 in one hour. I sort of resented the hurried - 1 per week approach since I feel I am truly dealing with deep seated issues. I am happy to see that the FREE Spark People site has room for all of us! I don't own the book, but I do have a copy of everything from the web version. I am going to start again with week 1 and give it more time - maybe the 21 days it takes to establish and new habit and pray daily for the ability to release that which no longer works for me - replace a useless habit with the one I want...Shrink Yourself - Habit #1.

I am 100% responsible for my life choices.
