I just started the introductory offer for the on-line program. You get 3 sessions for free and 14 days to decide if you want to continue and pay $39.95/month for the 12 week program.
So far, I like it because it's interactive and has really nailed it in terms of identifying some of my issues.
At first, I thought that my biggest problem was food addiction. At times, I can't identify any certain emotion...I just crave sugar and high-fat foods all the time. But the second article in Emotional Eating 101 states that food addiction is also emotional eating. I'm interested to learn more about that.
I don't have the book yet, but plan on getting it. Is there anyone else doing the on-line, and do you find it beneficial or would just the book do the same thing? The on-line is a little pricey, but I'm willing to pay if it helps because nothing else has so far.
