Hello Carrilu. I hope you enjoy the book. It's not so much about losing weight as it is about figuring out why you chose to eat over dealing with emotions. If you're ready to face those issues, then you will stop eating and start facing the issues. The end result is less eating = less weight.

So glad to meet you all! I bought this book a year ago and it had been collecting dust on my bookshelf. I was happy to see this group and after feeling sooooo out of control lately, I am dusting it off and getting busy. I am at my all time heaviest and sick of it glad to have found you.
