I've only recently realised I'm an emotional eater - I thought it was just lack of willpower and laziness. I've ordered Dr Gould's book from Amazon. I haven't read it yet, but I'm really looking forward to getting a handle on my issues.
I've reached goal twice before and immediately started piling the weight back on. I joined Sparks last November and gave up cigs in February. I've been "treating" myself with snacks as a reward for quitting, which obviously is the wrong thing to do.
So, it's time to get back on track and get to grips with why I sabotage my efforts.
