So very happy to have you in this group. I think Dr. Gould is a very sincere man, who has studied this issue and gives wonderful help on a serious issue. I believe he is right in saying that we cannot control our weight until we can control our emotions. I'd start a diet and lose five pounds, then gain back six. I know it was because of STRESS that I couldn't stay on the diet. Now with his help and with PAUL MCKENNA, I'm doing so much better.
