I don't have a problem with binge eating, but cravings are emotional and I've learned so much from the book about that. For example, watching all the TV commercials about PIZZA and knowing I'm wanting it. All the connection with HAPPINESS and food is a real issue for all of us.
Hi Leslie! And welcome to our team :) I've only got the book, which I have been working through. I must say that it has brought up some very tough questions and shed some light on parts of my personality and thinking that I wasn't even aware of! The website looks like a much better resource, and it would be great if you could let us know what you think of it as you go. Personally, my eating habits have improved quite a bit - although social situations are still my downfall! But I am hoping that we will all be binge free in the future. :)

I'm Leslie from Saskatchewan. I'm on the Living Binge Free team, where I heard about this little team. I don't have the Dr.'s book, but I did just sign up for his 12 week online course, so I thought I might fit here.
I'm looking forward to starting the introductory session of the course tomorrow.
