You will find lots of information on here how to get motivated to exercise, lots of people have the same problem. Unfortunately, with sweets, the more you have, the more you crave them, its all chemicals and hormones working. I was told the best advice is to go cold turkey, get rid of it all, make sure you have nothing to access and then the cravings will go down as your body gets rid of those chemicals. Its really an addiction just like smoking. I like chocolate, a little too much, and couldn't stop at eating just one piece had to have more and more. So I didn't bring it into my apartment again. Out of sight, out of mind I am not craving it at all. I have replaced it with lots of healthy fresh fruit (nice and sweet) and veggies.
