Well, I did go to the class and followed it as best I could without the step. I found it really hard to follow some of the steps. I think I would have fallen on my seat if the step was inplace!
I had never even seen anyone do it before and was in for a big surprise! It takes a lot of energy and know-how.
I think for now I will stick to aerobic for awhile. Maybe once I get some of the steps down from aerobic I will be better able to follow in the step class.
