Hi I am new to the Step Aerobics Workout team, my name is Donna and I am glad to meet everyone and can't wait to get to know everyone better. I have a step but haven't used it in awhile but I am looking forward to using it when I get home. My goal is 30 mins a day for 3 days, I have some step tapes that I will be using, plus I will see what is on Fit Tv and Exercise Tv also. Will talk with you all later.
