So True, Clothes dont lie! That is actually how I keep track of my weight. I occasionally weigh myself. I am not focused on dieting but changing my eating habits to healthy eating as U had mentioned. And of course keeping Active!!!
Fantastic plan and welcome to the club! You are so right when it comes to "clothes don't lie". I can now fit into my smaller clothes (1 size down), but also getting frustrated because the weight loss has slowed down tremendously. However, no reason to give up, there are other ways to measure success - I just eliminated 1 medication! Yea! I will take it and it does feel great to be in my skinnier clothes again! If you need anything, just ask.
I want to say how excited I am to be starting a new diet plan. I have tried many and give up half way when I stop seeing quick results. I knew it was time to change when I realized only 2 outfits in my closet actually felt comfortable to wear. I didn't want to accept that I was gaining weight but my jeans can't lie. Apart from losing weight I'd like to eat healthy whole foods, I have been on the processed food for too long now and boy does my tummy feel it, not only is it getting bigger but it has trouble digesting these highly processed foods that are so addicting. I know it will be journey and I have to take small steps but I hope that with your support I will be able to stay on track : )
