Ditto. I think you will like it here.
Here's your "welcome" smooch.
The Bible belt and it's people have many enjoyable attributes. The constant religion talk is not one of them. I was born there and have family there. SparkPeople is kind of similar, isn't it?
On this team, we thrive on our spice and diversity. Check out our sexy gym to meet workout buddies who will applaud your sweat.

Hi there, and
I'm in the bible belt, too, and I grew up religious. I don't usually tell anyone that I'm a non-believer because it's too much trouble. I don't appreciate the conversion efforts...
You're welcome on any of the threads there to just jump in and post away!
Even if our efforts of attention seem for years to be producing no results, one day a light in the exact proportion to them will flood the soul.
I suck at introductions but I guess I gotta jump in somewhere. :)
Hi. I'm Angela. I'm SO thrilled to find a place for non-religious support. I get a lot of blog comments from religious people and I'm very grateful for their well wishes but it's just not very encouraging to me to hear that they'll pray or whatever. I grew up religious and have only recently started to reveal to friends/family that I don't believe the way I used to. I live in the bible belt.....so it's a little hard to find work out buddies who aren't going to be weirded out by my lack of religion/morals. :)
