Hello everyone, I just joined the team in hopes to get some new ideas and maybe share some of my own. I embarked on my last weight loss journey March of 2010. I weighed somewhere in the 260's and began to lose weight by limiting my calories and running. I weighed 196 mid December and started to lift weights and limit the cardio. Although, I did just complete the Texas Half a week ago. I currently weigh 210 ish and have greatly increased my strength the past 6 weeks. Starting tomorrow I plan on cutting the cals again and performing higher reps and more cardio. I was looking at the spartacus workout and thought about doing that 3 times a week and doing cardio the other 4 days.
