Hi everyone. New to group but not new to crafting or the struggles of weight loss and the ever bigger struggle to maintain weight loss. Have been doing various types of crafting many many years. My maternal grandmother taught me to crochet over 40 yrs ago, about as long as I have been struggling to lose/maintain my weight.

Not totally familiar with how to use all the features on SparkPeople so forgive any blunders I may make. Work odd hours and am not always able to respond o posts but will make time to view them.

Now any guidance on this group will be greatly appreciated. Hoping if I get back into my crafting it will help to keep my hands off of idle eating and into doing something useful.
