Hello everyone! I'm Angelina. I am 24. My heighest weight was about 148 but I was about 120 when I joined SP in August. My original goal was 105 and I am now 103. (I am VERY short...not crazy lol) I was really enjoying my other spark teams but since I lost the weight people's responses have been different so I'm glad to find this team! I'm just trying to loose a few more pounds and stay on track with eating healthy and really want to focus on getting toned! I got a little lazy when I hit 105 and I do NOT want that to happen again. So hopefully this group will keep me focused. And I'd also like to help anyone struggling or just lacking motivation. So if you want any advice feel free to ask!

Hi all! I'm Ally and I just joined SP in January and since then have lost about 4 pounds, finally putting me in 110-ville! I had a highest weight of 133 last year and had gotten down to 123 when I joined SP. I love it here and hope to get down to 115 and then 110 with all the great support!

Hi Friends!

I joined Spark June 4, 2010 at 132 pounds. I reached my goal weight of 120 about two months later and have been living in 120-Ville ever since.

Recently I re-evaluated, and decided I wanted to lose a few more pounds.

I started tracking my daily average with iGoogle, and brought my average down to 118.4. I would like to get down to 115 and maintain at between 115 and 118.

So I decided to join 110-Ville! I will still be checking in with my 120-Ville peeps daily (in fact I'm the team captain over there) but thought I'd come on over and see what's happening down here too.

I don't think anyone here will judge you for your goal weight and I think you'll find people here with similar goals. Yes it is a bit quiet in this town. Hi there! I'm really happy to have found this team - wish I'd found it sooner!

I've been active on SP for 2 years now. I have lost almost all of the weight I set out to lose (about 15 lbs) and have maintained at around 113 for a year now. Ideally, I would like to see between 108 and 112, but haven't been able to get there yet - probably b/c I look 'okay' at my current weight, so it seems less pressing. BUT, I would love to get just a bit slimmer and am happy to see others with similar goals.

SP has been great for me in many ways, but the SP road can be a bit narrow, and I find myself holding back as many folks tend to see aiming for the low end of the range to be extreme. I don't - I like the look and like how I feel when I'm slim and lean.

So, this doesn't seem to be a super-active team, but I do hope to get to know a few of you and get inspired to push through this year-long plateau!

just wanted to say hello.
i havent been on this site since 08 and just with in the last month or so i put 10 extra pounds and i am completely miserable!!! I'm glad i found all of you on this team because even though its not a huge amount of weight it completely effects my life. i won't go and meet friends, won't go anywhere, flake on everything, i dont have anything to wear, i'm depressed, and i hate myself and the way i look. i am thirty something years old (this is no freshman 10 pounds) and i am used to looking and feeling a certain way and this other way just sucks................ so, thanks for the motivation everyone and remember we can do anything we put our minds to!!

Hi, I've finally gotten under 120 and hope to maintain. I'm happy with my weight now, but I think I'll keep up the routine through 2010 to see where I end up. I want 2011 to be a year of maintaining and setting myself up for a life of healthy choices. I hope to lose 8 more pounds max, but am focusing on inches now.

Anyways, I hope to stay in 110-ville and I'm thrilled to be here!

Hi everyone! My goal is to live here in 110-ville :)
I lost over 80 pounds about a year ago, and weighed a little under 110. My ideal weight is in the 115-118 range and right now my weight has crept up to around 123. I'm looking to lose these last five pounds and then finally maintain them! No more weight yo-yoing. I also want to change my eating habits so that they are consistently healthy. No more dieting, this is a lifestyle change! Additionally, I want to consistently lift weights to tone up my body and get rid of all this "skinny-fat"

I hope we can all get to know each other and support each other as we make our way into a permanent residence of 110-ville! (or whatever your goal may be!)

Hello fellow sparkers. While I was young I was always the gal that could eat whatever she wanted and never gain an inch. As I've matured my body has decided to do a 180 on me. I was at my largest weight ever 130 and decided I could no longer take it. My goal is to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 110. Hey everyone! I am Andrea and I am a 33 year old mom of 2 kidlets under the age of 6. I am sitting at 112lbs. and want to get to my goal weight of 108 by May 1. It is going pretty good, I have been using the nutrition and fitness trackers and have been keeping within my caloric limits. I find the inches are coming off faster than the pounds, but all is good. Hi,my name is Annette. I really want to get down to where I should be with my weight & get toned up. My goal is 114. I've been as high as 139, and average 137 for the past ten years. Last winter I trained hard to run a marathon and lost 14 pounds getting down to 124. That felt great and I was so happy to be within 10 pounds of my goal weight. Well, I completed the marathon and needed to heal an injury. So I basically stopped doing all exercise and took up eating. I'm back up to 135 and frustrated. I joined SP a year ago but never did anything with it because it was very overwhelming to me. I'm back now and plan to see this through to my goal and a permanent healthy lifestyle.

My name is Mayra and I am 20 years old - Ive been using sparkpeople religiously for about 6 months. I have lost 42lbs so far and I am ready to finally get to the end! I just joined this week by the skim of my teeth barely getting below 120(119.2)! My goal right now is 115 but I am really close that and don't feel it is enough so I might eventually be leaving 110 ville but I am not sure. hi, my name is debbie and i turned 50 this year and last year i decided to lose weight(133lbs) and i wanted to get fit. so far I have lost some weight. which i am happy about. I would like to get to 115-117 but its been a long haul so far. I'm not going to give up. I used to weigh 107-115 for years but i have more muscle now and would think to keep some of those new muscles! I have been riding my bike and doing t-tapp for my excersise; not counting my job.

Hi there! I'm Nic, 21 from NY and I've got active again on this site again about 2 weeks ago. I've been exercising and eating healthy for 4 weeks and have lost almost 11 lbs (I'm in a mini-plateau, one day it's 11 lbs lost, then 10.5). While part of me would love to drop 20 more lbs, it's highly unlikely...I've dieted, and worked out excessively on and off for extended periods of time and have never been able to get below 4 lbs lower than my current weight - I think it's just how I'm built. It's funny - I've kept a log of my weight on and off for the past 3 years, and it's always been within the same 15 lb range, depending on whether I'm restricting calories to the diet-range or eating normally, and the last time I was at my "goal" weight I was 14! Seems to be a pretty typical experience, though - 95-98% of dieters, or lifestyle changers, will gain back all and more of their lost weight within 3 years, 2/3rds of those in the first. Anyway, that's all TMI, but I figured I'd introduce myself and then see if the daily weigh in section doesn't help motivate me.

Hi all! Through Weight Watchers and being active I have gotten down to 119 pounds - almost to my goal of 115. Looking forward to getting to know more 20-somethings who are almost at their goal as well!!

Hi everyone! I am Grace. I am 2/3 of the way through my journey and have been doing this for a few years. I stalled out a little bit but am back to getting down to a healthy weight for my height.

I am really looking forward to doing some challenges and motivating each other to get back to that hot bod I use to have. It's been almost a decade since I could wear a bikini and I really want that again before October as I will be going to a wedding in Bali!

Hi, I'm Melissa and I'm new to spark people. I recently started taking a medication for anxiety and panic attacks that has caused me to go from 111 pounds to 128 pounds in the last 2 months. I have always been thin so this sudden weight gain was a big shock to me. The medication makes me feel great except for the nasty weight gain so I am going to continue taking it for now and slowly wean myself off of it in a few months. In the mean time I have decided to take control of my life and start eating healthier and working out. I have worked out for 30 minutes a day for the past 22 days and I am already starting to see results slowly. I am hoping to get back down to 115 lbs and then I'll re-evaluate my weight loss. I am looking forward to meeting more people on my weight loss journey.
