So im new here. But I'm try to loose some weight that ive gained these last few years.
Sooo my diet will include: Cereal (kelloggs fiberplus berry yogurt crunch cereal) with skim milk in the morning
then maybe a granola bar and or fruit in between breakfast & lunch
then for lunch Josephs whole wheat pita bread with lettuce & hummus & some fruits with that.
another snack between lunch and dinner will prob be some fruits again :)
then for dinner I'm trying not to eat meat so I'm unsure what to make ..
Im thinking just a ton of vegtables bc its the end of the day and it will b light suggestions?? :)
(of course tons of water with that )
