Welcome! I am returning after being gone for a while. Last two years was tough for me (divorce, death of a significant other)... but it's time to take time for me! When I did the simple steps (measured and logged my food as my first step back then and again this time) it really helped. One step, one day at a time!

I turned 26 in November and I weigh 10lbs more than you, so I know how you feel. I've never been THIS heavy :( I would love to ride horses!! A Meetup group I'm in went to ride, but I was over the weight bearing maximum to ride, talk about feeling AWFUL. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help!

I have never done anything like this before...but I turned 46 this month and am at my highest weight ever, 220 pounds. If I want to accomplish some of my dreams in this life I have got to loose this weight...before I get any older!! I use to ride horses as a teen and want to ride again...actually have the horse...just realize my extra weight makes it even more dangerous to try and take up this hobby at this point in my life. Also, I am in a new relationship and I want to be around to watch my grandkids grow up.
