Have you checked with the hospital for a support group? They would probably have some good ideas on how to put together a menu.

Good luck with both your surgery and the menu afterwards!

The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

I have never had the surgery, but I am excited for you!!

Talk to your doctor and see what he/she suggests.

All the best to you! emoticon

I am scheduled for gastric sleeve surgery 3-17-2010. I am excited to get back into my smaller clothes. I have a general list of things to eat, but, just cannot figure out a menu.I bought some baby foods. I have all the necessary dookiung utensils etc to make tiny meals. Any ideas?
