Hi....I was wondering if you use the food log, watch your portion size, drink 6 - 8 cups of water, get in some fresh fruit and veggies and also watch your sodium intake.

Hi i am a mother of 2 children and im also overweight. I cant get motivated to lose the weight. I work full time so i find it hard to exercise. Any advice is welcoming.
