Hi! Welcome back! I find consistency is key. Even if you are not perfect (cos, really, who is?), if you consistently make the healthy choices, it will come. I track every day, even if the choices weren't so good. I try to exercise every day, even if it's as small as parking away from the entrance and taking the stairs.
The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
