I'm new to the team, but not to SparkPeople. It will be my anniversary tomorrow (20th). Just realized the date on my page.
I'm with Weight Watchers - now a lifetimer since I've hit my goal, and maintaining. So far still there (made lifetimer in March '09). Have never done much exercising of any kind; now have a few DVD's for walking, and this coming Monday will be starting a weekly class as the local Y for pilates. Sounded like it could be interesting; have heard their can be a variety of "kinds" so waiting to see what is taught before getting more DVD's.
Hope to get on here more often, now that I've discovered the thread. (I'm not much into computer stuff)
