Just for the record, I joined S/P
in late June and didn't see any lbs lost on the scale for almost a month. I figured if I approached getting familiar with the site while I started my diet it would be easier when I felt ready to move on to the aspects of exercise and activity, you know, one step at a time. Then I moved into my next phase. Once I did start losing, it has stayed consistant now that I am incorporating all the aspects of healthy eating, moving and exercising, and learning a new lifestyle. Eventually it all falls together, but it's great. Keep up your motivation and hope to chat later on down the road. Keep up the great work!
