Hey everybody, I'm Lana. I never introduced my self to this team. I joined a challenge right after I joined SP and I have just mostly stayed there, but I have decided to get to know some other folks. I've had my ups and downs since I started, I am technically in the "SP Class of June 15-21" but I didn't start until the first week of August. As of this morning my scale said I am down 24 pounds and I am so excited. I don't guess I've ever lost this much weight before or stayed with a program this long. I think my success this time has to do with the fact that I am making a life style change instead of going on a diet. Hope to get to know all of you guys.

Goals
I need to lose 10 pounds 17 (170 lbs) times....That works in my head....My first goal will be 10 lbs.
