Thanks so much for the encouragement! I am really stoked right now. I walked 1.6 miles yesterday, I was going for 2 but 7 yr. old had to go the bathroom and didn't have any place to go at. I am planning to go back today. I want to wear a special out fit in 10 days. I can almost wear it now, anyway, I am hoping that will give me a good start at it. Thanks again!

I joined in June I take one day at time.
If I mess up, I don't give up.
I think slow is good, you learn more
Just take one day at a time and things will work emoticon

Hey everybody, I joined in the middle of June but some how I'm just now getting started, go figure! I am happy this morning breakfast was a toasted english muffin w/ an egg and tomato, 190 calories. Talk about baby steps. Today I am 291 and I am hoping to get healthy. If I can make it through today I will be healthier tomorrow. I'm taking this thing one day at a time and look forward to getting to know you all real soon. emoticon
