I started after starting on about 3 other sites. The Sparkpoints have me really pushing myself this week. Logging all my food, increasing my cardio and tracking other goals have me really thinking about my behavior. Anyway, the waistline is shrinking so its all good.
I went on vacation from 6/20 - 27. I could've waited to start SparkPeople, but decided there is no time like the present. I did well the first half of the vacation, but got progressively worse every day of the second half. I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm happy that I was 'aware' and am motivated to really engage in the program now.
My name is Michele. I joined Sparkpeople to help lose weight before my wedding next June. When my brothers fiancee (they're getting married in Ap)ril told me about this website I jumped right in. I've have been only been on a couple weeks and sparkpeople has definitely shown me that I was not eating enough to lose weight. So I have modified my intake and now Im starting to see changes.
