the best advise i ever got was from a friend who said to me (while i was eating candy) "Does that really taste as good as skinny feels?" and that has stuck with me ever since. I also keep my scale in the kitchen! instant motivation!
I am a happily married, mother of two very energetic boys. I have been overweight for the past 9 years. I am ready for a lifestyle change. I would like to lose 88 pounds. That seems huge now, but I am trying to set small goals to meet each week. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
