I don't have a fitness regimen to recommend because I am in the despise exercise trying to get ok with it stage... but hope you get some suggestions from people.

My name is Jean and I decided to get toned and fit. I stand at 5'7 and 220lbs. I love sports and the weight i have gained is hindering me from playing to my full capacity. My goal weight is 180lbs of solid muscle. It is time for me to get off the couch and get motivated and get fit for life. This website is very inspirational it has fitness routines and nutrition charts that is giving me a head start in accomplishing my fitness goals. Does anyone have suggestions of fitness routines that have work for them?
