Hello everyone, today is my first day here and there is so much information. I am going to start slow, i think i eat pretty healthy but i don't watch my portion sizes so i am going to work on that and start exercising. Then if i can't lose I will alter the way i eat.
I'm a sahm to 3 kids ages 5, 3, and 9 months. And I will be returning to work on the 30th, which is 1 reason i'm not ready to change my eating habbits. I need to adjust my schedule first to having my kids eat dinner a little later because my husband and I won't get home until 6:30 or so... so i want to get settled before I start to change everything on my kids.
