I am trying, again, to lose this weight. I know what I need to do, I know why i need to do it, i know what I want to look like when I am done. All of these things make sense to me, but yet, I can't seem to get off my duff and get them done. I am eating slightly better, but I could do better still. Some days I get more water than others.
So, I figured I would check out SP and see if it can help me get my rear in gear!!
