Good luck with your goals! I love watching TV too. There are some great tips on making most of TV time too .. like not eating mindlessly in front of TV as well as doing some strength exercises during commercials. Whatever happens don't give up - even if you have a step backwards - just take two forward...
Just joined. I now weigh more than I did when I was nine months pregnant with my first and I am not pregnant!! I have tried to lose weight on my own but I can't seem too. I need lots of support and help to keep me motivated to work out. I love to sit and watch TV.....
