I have recently purchased a treadmill and I am actually using it!! While I was walking yesterday I watched Ellen and saw the three ladies who lost so much weight on Spark people, so I decided to check out the site. I have been conscious of what I am eating since I started exercising but I'm not being strict. I have recently stopped drinking diet soda and drinking only water. I typically drink only one cup of coffee a day and I'm trying to cut out all carbs at night. I would love to hear from anyone who has any tricks that have worked for them. I'm excited to finally lose weight.
