Hello all! Just thought I'd take a moment to swing by and introduce myself. I've committed myself to taking off the weight that has come with my MS. Granted, it's only 15lbs, but it's enough to make me uncomfortable. It used to be I'd jump off the couch at the first sign of spring, but the heat makes the fatigue and tremors worse, so winters have become my friend. If anyone has any suggestions for exercises that one can easily do on a bad day I'd appreciate it!
