I think almost all of us can say that we've been on some sort of diet, or used some sort of software/video/gimmick to try and lose weight.
I hear about SparkPeople last year, but opted for a go at Peer Trainer instead. Suffice it to say, I'm probably bigger than I was this time last year, and I am now at SP!
I am no different from anyone else out there. I have days where I feel "okay" but lately it's been a lot more of the "oh please don't make me get out of bed!" days.
At 37, I have never been so heavy, or so sick, in my entire life.
So, while I am excited to be here, I am also trying to take it one day at a time. Offer what support I can to others, and hopefully find a little inspiration with some of you out there! So stop by, say hello and let's meet our goals!
