I am 38 years old and have been on the roller coaster of weight loss. Several years ago I lost 30 pounds and have gained most of it back. I have been very unmotivated and confused on how to do it again. I lost the weight last time by cutting out all sugar and white flour and I have not been willing to go that route again. I need help and motiviation to know I can lose the weight again and keep it off this time for good.
