Well, to get inspired to get moving, find something you enjoy doing and just do it! If you don't know what you enjoy, try some different things out. Maybe you like skating, or skiing, or karate, or group exercise classes, or biking, or hiking, or running, or dancing, or playing Wii, or any number of different things. For me to get inspired to lose weight, I tried karate (2.5 years ago) and am still at it. But after the first couple of months, karate inspired me to not just lose weight, but to get into shape.
I have taken up bike riding and loving it...something I hadn't done in umpteen years since I was a kid....last year, after only 1 month of riding, I did a 31 mile bike ride. This summer, I plan on doing a century ride....for no other reason that to be able to say "Heck ya! I rode my bike 100 miles all in one day!"
I have a hard time running due to asthma....but today I rode the stationary bike at the gym 11 miles...I was feeling good after that and I walked a lap around the indoor track, and then ran 3 laps, walked another, and ran one last lap. (The track is 16 laps equals a mile). Not a big deal to most, but a huge deal to me....I ran 3 laps in a row! That's a record for me...the most I ever did before that was 2! So in that I have found inspiration...maybe running isnt a hopeless cause after all...next week I'll aim for 3.5 laps, maybe even 4!
The point is, for me anyway, inspiration comes from "doing" not from "searching" or "looking" or "wondering"...it comes from actually going out there and doing my best and pushing myself and if I get bored with something, finding new direction.
I do apologize if I got a bit carried away, I just hope you find your inspiration very soon :)
