I go to our local community center, because it has a gym, also cheaper fees. I only go three times a week, to use the treadmill. Do strength training exercises at home, three days a week. Good Luck to you, and everyone.

I'm glad that you have found the motivation you needed. Good luck at the gym, I haven't been to one in over 9 years, and don't plan to go to one anytime soon. I just workout at home. Good luck, and keep up the good work!!!!

I was asking everyone for motivation tips and I finally took everyones advice and joined a gym today. I ended up going in and doing 1hr and 15 mins on the treadmill and am going to go back everyday. Thank you everyone.
