I just signed on to Spark in the middle of May and it's given me a new motivation that I just hadn't felt for very long time. I look forward to signing on and reading all the different articles, raising my Sparkpoints, being challenged by my teams and making new friends.

Hi, my name is christine and i am 30 years old. I am married to a wonderful man for 9 1/2 years and have three wonderful boys ages 7,5, and 3 1/2. When i got married i weighed between 130 and 135 now almost 10 years later i am between 175 and 180. Right around the holidays i found out that i had pcos and that i needed to loose weight to help that and to be healther. So i started my change of life in Jan and from jan to april i went from 200 to 175 180. My reasoning for chqning my life is to be healthier for myself and my family i want to be able to play with my kids without getting tired and be there for them in 20 30 years with out worrying about my weight and health. My goal now is to try and get close to my weight when i got married almost 10years ago in oct. finding sparks was the greatest thing. i know with the site and the support of people like me it will be easier to loose and knowing there is support there when ever i need it is great.
