This is a large site with a lot of information. Take your time exploring. If you haven't done so already, you may want to start drinking at least 8 cups of water a day and adding a healthy food to your menus. Start with baby steps and build on them.
We're also doing a mini challenge and would love for you to join us. It's doing squats, wall or regular, whichever is easiest for you.
