Welcome. I have only been on here a short time myself. Tracking your food with the nutrition tracker is a must. I also like the recipe area. Here you can get new recipes to try or you can put your recipe here and find out the calories of what you would normally make. My advice is just take some time on SP and look around. There is a wealth of information on here. Good Luck

Track all your food, and you'll be on your way to success! Drink the 8 glasses of water daily...at LEAST, and do some exercises, and it will for sure happen!!!!!!!!

Also, you can look for a buddy by going to the team's main page. To get there, put your cursor on "Community" at the top of your SparkPeople page. From the drop down menu, click on "SparkTeams." This will bring up a list of all the teams you are in. Scroll down to about half way and look for an icon that has "SP Class of May 11-17, 2008" above it. Click on it and that will take you to the team's main page. Scroll down to about half way and you should see "Game Room Forum." There is a thread under it for people who are looking for buddies.

Have always been overweight and have gotten to the point were I'm FINALLY serious about losing it.
