Yesterday was my first full day with sparkpeople. By the time I'd made my way through the web site, no time to post to my teams, so here I am. Had lost about 70+ lbs a few years ago on my own, but slowly its creep back on, so now I have to lose 50lbs rather than 30 to reach my goal. Have finally accepted I can't do it alone, so here I am. Lots of reasons why I want to lose the weight, but most of it is plain out right vanity. As the years creep up, its harder and harder to lose that weight, so my goal is before I'm 60 next year! Short term goals are to: (1) SMOKE all the other 59 year olds in our town's annual 5k next February and THEN (2) be able to wear a leather bustier for valentines day !!!
