Glad you've joined us. I agree with the comments about consistency. I have joined a group who does it together once a week plus I have a spiritual mentor so that has really helped with my consistency.

I'm glad you found us! Five minutes a day will be fine to start, getting the consistency of doing it every day is important in the beginning. I do at least 20 minutes every morning and attempt another 20 in the evening but lately the evening one hasn't been happening.

Hello to the meditation and mindfulness team! One of my goals is to meditate for at least five minutes a day to start, then find the right amount of time for me daily. I do yoga at home 2-3 times a week, but would like to find deeper relaxation and meaning in my life. Looking forward to learning, growing with you, and contributing to the team!
