Hello everyone! My name is Keely.. I am new to the team, but not to meditation. Meditation is something that I had not taken the time to do recently, but have been bringing it back into my life.
Last night I did a meditation to cleanse my aura and balance my chakras, and after doing so, I was able to commit to getting up this morning and running on my treadmill at 5 am before work. The focus and dedication was there, it was like my body anticipated it and was ready for it, and I do believe in quieting my mind and body the night before I was able to spiritually bring about that change. It is a practice I want to continue, and I would love to find others who share similar beliefs and mentality to share my journey with.
I have been looking for a team that has a balance of spirit with body, and think this maybe the group for me. I really do look forward to getting to know all of you better and becoming an active member to the team.
It's hard to beat a person who never gives up!
