Hi, sounds like you are busy, but you can add exercise to your day with out setting aside big blocks of time, I am sure you have heard all the advice like take the stairs instead of the elevator, park away from and not close to the entrance etc. Well I do things during the day beyond that, each time nature calls, I use the room farthest away, or at least one not the closest, adding many steps to me day. I also do things like hip flexors, toe raises etc, any thing that I can throw into my day that does not require equipment. I think with a little imagination you will come up with your own.
