Hey my name is Sarah and I just joined this group. I'm hoping to learn more about weight training. I currently train 5 times a week. I work out 2 days on 1 day off. I do HIIT cardio training combined with weight training.

My name is Manda! I've always loved lifting weights but never did do it consistently. Now I'm determined not to be so girly when it comes to lifting a bag of something or digging a hole. Also, Linda Hamilton has my dream arms. I want her arms and I plan to get it. :P Ha.

I am Brian and I am looking to get back into shape, not just be a shape! I am 23 and currently tipping the scales at 285lbs. I am looking to lower the body fat% as well as tighten the mid-section as the rest of my physique is pretty ok.

Hi, my name is Virginia & I'm 21 yo. I've done weight lifting since my soph yr o/ hs & hope to gain more upper body strenth, as my lower body is pretty strong as it is. My goal is to slim down while building muscle mass & strenth (I'm not so much interested in the weight as in the body fat %)

Looks like nothing new has happened here for a while. Oh well, I just happened to join...
I'm Rob. I let myself fall out. That's my story. Oh, and I should probably mention that since Gold's Gym's the only game in town, my gym's out in my garage, so I don't move many plates in the winter months.
As far as goals go, I want to move down a weight class and continue to be just as strong as I am now, possibly even stronger.

hi im stuch and im new to the team but not new to sparks i lift weights at the gym but not to much im afraid of bulking up just to tone those muscles

Welcome all! Sounds like you men down there need to up the protein if you want to gain all that muscle mass. Best wishes on weight lifting. I took two months off being serious, and now it kinda sucks having to start back over....oh well, we are in it together, right?
