I am Brian and I am looking to get back into shape, not just be a shape! I am 23 and currently tipping the scales at 285lbs. I am looking to lower the body fat% as well as tighten the mid-section as the rest of my physique is pretty ok.
Hi, my name is Virginia & I'm 21 yo. I've done weight lifting since my soph yr o/ hs & hope to gain more upper body strenth, as my lower body is pretty strong as it is. My goal is to slim down while building muscle mass & strenth (I'm not so much interested in the weight as in the body fat %)

I'm Rob. I let myself fall out. That's my story. Oh, and I should probably mention that since Gold's Gym's the only game in town, my gym's out in my garage, so I don't move many plates in the winter months.
As far as goals go, I want to move down a weight class and continue to be just as strong as I am now, possibly even stronger.
Welcome all! Sounds like you men down there need to up the protein if you want to gain all that muscle mass. Best wishes on weight lifting. I took two months off being serious, and now it kinda sucks having to start back over....oh well, we are in it together, right?
